PROJECT HISTORY

Wheeler ave was one of the oldest cottages in the Beaches area of Toronto. We restored the main floor back to it's original 1889 bones. Then we added 2 new floors and doubled the footprint. The result was a true "Urban loft" style of architecture with barn board trim and wrought iron accents throughout. Wheeler has been featured in Canadian Real Estate wealth Magazine, Toronto Life, The National post and various other local periodicals.
