Design | Build Steps

  1. Meet & Greet to see project and gather information for Design Quote
  2. Design Quote– Also Determine if our architect is required for permit application
  3. Quote accepted
  4. Architect measures existing (if permit required)
  5. Architect draws existing house (if permit required)
  6. Meet with Designer for Detailed Needs Assessment 
  7. Design Development -drawings are completed and meeting is scheduled to review 
  8. Clients select an option and drawings are updated accordingly and Electrical plans completed
  9. Designer shares Proposed Drawing Package with Architects to prepare for permit submission
  10. Designer continues Design; sourcing and detailed elevations to show fixture locations, tile patterns, cabinetry etc.
  11. Builder provides approximate pricing
  12. Client approves budget
  13. Architect submits for permits
  14. Builder walks trades through job to finalize pricing while Designer completes sourcing
  15. Job starts, mobilization, safety setup, Demolition, Build
